Job Requirements:

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Seeking highly motivated, self-starter to be an integral part of the operations team.
- This person will perform root cause failure analysis, determine and implement appropriate corrective action on problem areas as identified.
- Create new inspection criteria and/or verify current inspection results and analyze deviations from expected results.
- Perform data analysis, report generation along with utilizing statistics in team meetings to enhance overall quality.
- Enforce appropriate quality standards and carryout quality programs.
- Provide verbal and written communication on quality issues to appropriate functional groups, customers, vendors and management.
- Create and utilize FMEAs, Control Plans, PPAPs, incorporate mistake proofing into process control

Job Requirements:
B.S. Degree required and a minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in Quality Engineering within an electronics-manufacturing environment. Preference for CM experience. Exposure to surface mount and solder technology is a plus. Familiarity with RoHS compliance, ITAR, AS9100 and Process Validation a plus. Candidate will possess quality tools such as SPC, process capability analysis, formal problem solving and development of control plans. Good interpersonal skills along with good oral and written skills. Strong computer skills are essential. ASQC certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Surface Mount Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced Process/Equipment Technician adept at the skills necessary to lead the continuous improvement process as related to machine performance and development efforts in preventative maintenance of high-technology equipment and downtime improvement efforts. Prior work experience with contract circuit board manufacturing is essential. Qualified applicant will support the production group and help identify areas for improvement – the goal being to reduce set-up and process time as well as improve overall quality. As the Process/Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Provide advanced programming to operate production equipment.
- Provide scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance of production equipment.
- Support production, process engineering and quality to assure product specification.
- Support new technology/equipment implementation.
- Lead thermo profile development.
- Define content of and write instructions/procedures for equipment preventative maintenance as required.
- Lead technical support for operators.

Job Title: Test Technician
Job Requirements:
The optimal candidate must have the following qualifications and abilities:
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering Technology (or equivalent).
- 2-3 years experience testing and troubleshooting digital and analog circuit boards to the component level.
- Ability to use test equipment including: multi-meters, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, function generators, various programming devices, power supplies and other equipment as required.
- Ability to work independently on root cause resolution.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues to supervisors and develop solutions.
- Ability to write detailed test procedures and other documentation as required.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair test fixtures.
- Ability to follow direction and facilitate on-time delivery
