Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in the electronics manufacturing sector. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Located in the heart of our operations, this position contributes significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our customers.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain a enhanced quality level as related to machine performance, machine utilization, downtime improvement efforts, and efficient use of equipment (Equipment/Process Optimization)
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to production machine operators, process engineering, and quality to assure all products and processes are implemented and validated.
  • Perform thermal profile development.
  • Provide team support to define and specify new equipment and new technology/equipment implementation.
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize technical service manuals and service bulletins.
  • Train and equip operators and new technicians with necessary knowledge to operate equipment and perform appropriate program adjustments.
  • Main contact and interface with customers/suppliers on equipment/programming issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-year associates degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or Electronic Technology or two to five years of Equipment/Process Technician training and experience internally or, with another ECM and specifically responsible for process and equipment performance
  • Previous training and knowledge in electronics automation equipment, including mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, within an electronics production environment. Possess Electro-mechanical, manufacturing systems or equivalent experience.

Position Summary

Support failure analysis for production. Troubleshooting failures and relaying all information to proper management.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Test, Calibration, and Component Level Repair of printed circuit board assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Assembly Level Test Troubleshooting / Review (ICT)
  • Assembly Level Test Troubleshooting / Review (Complex Functional)
  • Monitor test performance and yield and provide feedback.
  • Work with quality personnel on problem resolution
  • Comprehend and follow written test procedures.
  • Maintain accurate test records.
  • Support test ECO implementation and perform hardware/software fixture updates when applicable.

Position Summary

This is a fast paced position and the candidate must be willing to stand, be active and have a strong sense of time and urgency. Must be able to follow all processes and procedures both written and verbal.

Final Assembly - Hand Soldering

Assemblers perform tasks that are necessary to the production process. They are required to read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.

Duties and responsibilities

Final/QA/Rework

· Proficient in all levels of solder and repair to acceptable standards.

· Fine Pitch component removal and replacement.

· Fine Pitch assembly of wires and kluges.

· Q.A. Proficient.

· Approval of First Article and Certified Samples.

· Operate Rework Equipment.

· Automated Optical Inspection Equipment.

· Other duties as assigned.

Surface Mount Operators - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts

Machine operator’s set-up, operate and maintain machinery. They are responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Operate SMT equipment with proficiency, quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Set up Feeders, Solder paste printer, Pick and Place Machines and Reflow Oven.
  • Determine and bring up proper programs.
  • Hand place difficult components into solder paste as required (SMT)
  • Perform all necessary functions to independently operate the surface mount line.
  • Operate X-Ray equipment to inspect and validate component placement.
  • Work with AOI operator to ensure proper quality of surface mount operation.

Minimum of six (6) months as a Surface Mount Machine Operator position or equivalent experience from previous work background which would qualify under duties and responsibilities

We are seeking an individual they MUST have a passion for hunting, have an ability – to individually generate leads, prospect new customers, discover and qualify customer fit to our defined criteria, build new customer relationships at all levels, identify and solve customer problems, and to be able to sell a value add solution. The successful candidate will have previous experience in contract manufacturing, in a new business development role. Base pay:$95k-$110k plus commission. Compensation structure setup to reward individual performance and success.
